Sanderson may take up to 5 business days to approve your application and profile. Please be sure that your profile is completely filled out and updated with your latest documents. New vendors may be asked to provide references for internal review.

    Approved Trade Requirements - As an Approved Trade company providing services to Sanderson Condominium Property Managements clients, I (we) agree to the following conditions:
    I Agree Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance: I (we) agree to always maintain liability insurance with a minimum amount of $2,000,000. The Contractor shall also be responsible to provide updated certificates to Sanderson Management Inc. prior to expiry.:
    I Agree WSIB Coverage: I (we) agree to maintain WSIB coverage as per the requirements of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.:
    I Agree Invoicing: I (we) understand that Sanderson Management Inc., only acts as “Agent” for their Condominium Clients. I (we) further agree the Corporation will only approve invoices if the invoices are billed as below, and if the original documents are emailed to [email protected]. or received at the address below

    I Agree Quotations: I (we) agree that quotes will only be accepted by Sanderson if they are sent to the client at the address shown in the invoicing section above. Quotations may be sent by direct mail, or via email at [email protected]. All quotations will be on your letterhead and bear the signature of a person capable of binding your company. All other quotations will be rejected.
    I Agree Licensing: I (we) agree to maintain all mandatory/required licenses for any and all staff related to any work being done for the corporation.
    I Agree Accessibility: I (we) acknowledge that as a vendor of Sanderson Management Inc. and/or their Condominium Clients, we are bound to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) as amended from time to time.
    I Agree Safety: I (we) agree to strictly adhere to all requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all applicable Rules and Regulations as set out by the OHSA. I (we) shall ensure that any employees working at condominium sites are familiar with these requirements and have the required training as prescribed by the OHSA and all applicable Rules and Regulations. Enforcement of this on site is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is required to attain all necessary permits and authorization as required by any authority having jurisdiction. The Contractor shall assume the responsibility for meeting any and all Ministry of Labour requirements.
    I Agree I (we), the undersigned contractor (the "Contractor"), understand and fully acknowledge that we are hired and contracted by the Condominium Corporation and only the Condominium Corporation, and not by Sanderson Management Inc. Sanderson Management Inc. and all its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and other staff, are not responsible or liable for any disputes and/or matters related to any contract work (the "Work") being carried out by the Contractor.
    I Agree I (we), the undersigned contractor (the "Contractor"), understand and fully acknowledge that we are hired and contracted by the Condominium Corporation and only the Condominium Corporation, and not by Sanderson Management Inc. The property manager employed by Sanderson Management Inc. will not under any circumstance be able to sign any contract. The Condominium Corporation’s Board of Directors are the only ones who can bind the condominium corporation into a contract of any kind.
    I Agree Terms & Conditions: I (we) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained above, and contained in theSanderson General Terms and Conditions document.
