Applying to the Pro-House Management Limited vendors list, exposes your company to the possibility of servicing many Condominium Corporations across the GTA.
The application fee is used to review all of your company documents such as liability insurance, WSIB, licenses and other pertinent information that is required for us to prequalify your company to work for our clients.
We take the time to ensure that any Vendor’s that apply for our list, will meet the needs and expectations of the properties we service. If you are selected, we would provide you with simple and efficient processes such as electronic purchase orders, and electronic invoice submittal to our clients through a universal point of contact. This enables detailed information to be shared between our team and yours. We are advancing condominium technology through industry leadership and look forward to you becoming a part of our extended team!

Approved Trade Requirements - As an Approved Trade company providing services to Pro-House Management Limited clients, I (we) agree to the following conditions:
I Agree Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance: I (we) agree to always maintain liability insurance with a minimum amount of $2,000,000 and to have Pro-House Management Limited names as an additional insured. We have enclosed a copy of our current insurance certificate in our profile:
I Agree WSIB Coverage: I (we) agree to maintain WSIB coverage as per the requirements of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.:
I Agree Invoicing: I (we) understand that Pro-House Management Limited only acts as “Agent” for their Condominium Clients. I (we) further agree that Pro-House Management Limited will only approve our invoices if they are billed as below, and if they are original documents received at the address shown below, or such other address as may be confirmed in writing by Pro-House Management Limited, or emailed to ldelremedios@pro-house.ca.

I Agree Quotations: I (we) agree that quotes will only be accepted by Pro-House Management Limited if they are sent to the client at the address shown in the invoicing
section above. Quotations may be sent by direct mail, or via fax at 905-605-7799, or via email at ldelremedios@pro-house.ca. All quotations will be on your letterhead and bear the signature of a person capable of binding your company. All other quotations will be rejected.
I Agree Licensing: I (we) agree to maintain all mandatory/required licenses for any and all staff
related to the work being done for Pro-House Management Limited and/or the condominium corporation.
