Applying to the Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc., vendors list exposes your company to the possibility of servicing many Condominium Corporations across the GTA.
The application fee is used to review all of your company documents such as liability insurance, WSIB, licenses and other pertinent information that is required for us to prequalify your company to work for our clients.
We take the time to ensure that any Vendors that apply to our list will meet the needs and expectations of the properties we service. If you are selected, we will provide you with simple and efficient processes such as electronic purchase orders and electronic invoice submittal to our clients through a universal point of contact. This enables detailed information to be shared between our team and yours. We are advancing condominium technology through industry leadership and look forward to you becoming a part of our extended team!

Approved Trade Requirements - As an Approved Trade company providing services to Nadlan-Harris Property Managements clients, I (we) agree to the following conditions:
I Agree Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance: I (we) agree to always maintain liability insurance with a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00. We have enclosed a copy of our current insurance certificate in our profile and will provide updated copies as necessary
I Agree WSIB Coverage: I (we) agree to maintain WSIB coverage as per the requirements of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.: We have enclosed a copy of our current clearance certificate in our profile and will provide updated copies as necessary
I Agree Invoicing: I (we) understand that Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc., only acts as “Agent” for their Condominium Clients. I (we) further agree the Corporation will only approve invoices if the invoices are billed as below, and if the original documents are emailed to the email provided at invoices@nadlan-harris.com. or such other address as may be confirmed in writing by Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc.
Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc., is not liable for any discrepancies with payments: Client Condominium (i.e. Y.C.C. No. 1) c/o Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. 500 Champagne Drive Toronto, ON M3J 2T9.
I Agree We, the undersigned contractor (the "Contractor"), understand and fully acknowledge that we are hired and contracted by the Corporation and only the Corporation, and not by Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. and all its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and other staff, are not responsible or liable for any disputes and/or matters related to any contract work (the "Work") being carried out by the Contractor. Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc., all its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and other staff cannot be held legally responsible and further legal action cannot be taken against Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc., or any its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or other staff in connection with the Work. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, should a dispute arise between the Corporation and the Contractor, the Contractor agrees not to add Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. or any of its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or other staff to any legal proceeding in any way related to the Work. Should the Contractor breach the terms of this paragraph, then the Contractor agrees to indemnify and save harmless Nadlan-Harris Property Management its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and other staff for any costs, expenses or damages incurred by such parties as a result of such breach. The Contractor also confirms that it has been afforded an opportunity to obtain independent legal advice to review the contents of this Acknowledgement and confirms that it is executing this Acknowledgement voluntarily and without duress.
I Agree Quotations: I (we) agree that quotations will only be accepted by the Corporation if they are sent to Nadlan-Harrs Property Management Inc. at the address shown in the invoicing section above. Quotations may be sent by direct mail, fax at 416-915-9114, or via email to the attention of the property manager. All quotations will be on your letterhead and bear the signature of a person capable of binding your company. All other quotations will be rejected.
I Agree We, the undersigned contractor (the "Contractor"), understand and fully acknowledge that we are hired and contracted by the Corporation and only the Corporation, and not by Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. The agent employed by Nadlan-Harris property Management Inc. will not under any circumstance be able to sign any contract. The Corporations Board of Directors are the only ones who can bind the corporation into a contract of any kind. Invoices will require the following documents in order to be processed: Purchase Orders and Work Order are required.
I Agree Licensing: I (we) agree to maintain all mandatory/required licenses for any and all staff related to the work being done for the Corporation. We have enclosed a copy of all current necessary licenses and will provide updated copies as necessary.
I Agree Terms & Conditions: I (we) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained above.
